The organization is governed by an elected Board of Directors, led by an Executive Committee. The Chamber's staff includes Bill Cuppy (executive director) and Teresa Zimmerman (executive assistant). Much of the organization's work is carried out by standing committees (Business Advocacy, Education Alliance, Ag Council, Membership Services).
